    Optimal location! 5 minutes away from Jungfernstieg. U train station practically right outside the door. Very friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast until 14 o'clock is also suitable for late risers. The rooms are very clean and modern furnished.

    The parking situation for unloading on arrival (arrival at 6pm) was very difficult. We had to put ourselves in the no-stopping zone to avoid running with our suitcases forever.

    Stylish hotel, fairly clean, efficient staff, location perfect close to the U2 metro station was amazing. The rooms were fancy and new-fashioned here with a king size bed. Its service was good. The venue provided a bar in the lobby.

    Everything, very friendly and courteous staff, completely flexible, upgrade, tries to fulfill all wishes.

    Big construction site in front of the door, but the hotel can't help it. Breakfast good, but too expensive.

    The Staff was Brilliant and friendly. Thank You so much. Housekeeping need to improve. They always forget the towels in the Bathroom. 2 days back to back.

    Location of hotel; decor and facilities.

    Service was poor particularly in the hotel bar which was disorganised an inefficient. Given these poor service levels and high room rates, the hotel offers inadequate vale for money.
